SUBSTANCE: proposed device designed to control three-phase motor, to disconnect it from three-phase supply mains on occurrence of phase failure in the latter, as well as to automatically throw it on line upon recovery of three-phase mains, and to afford its visual control has three-phase optoelectronic relay and three-phase motor that functions as three-phase load, phase-failure protective gear, and two-color pilot light. Under normal conditions pilot light glows green and in case of failure of first or second phase, it is blue or yellow. In case of second phase failure light goes out.
