METHOD FOR HARD WOOD DOOR MANUFACTURING Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC E06B3/70 

FIELD: building units, particularly door structures.

SUBSTANCE: method involves producing panels by gluing a number of hard wooden boards with each other, wherein the boards are arranged one over another in vertical direction and each panel has dimensions equal to that of ready door; cutting one or several horizontal slats from each panel, wherein the slat has length less than panel width, to create horizontal windows corresponding to wooden slats; sawing and removing the slats; installing preassembled inserts in windows, wherein each insert is created by gluing of different boards made of hard wood and form finishing panels, each of which is composed of hard wooden boards so that some boards have horizontally extending fibers, another ones have vertically extending fibers; forming wooden load-bearing frame including panels having the same dimensions as finishing panels and provided with transversal stiffening members. The frame is filled with alternating slat rows made of hard wood. Each slat row has fiber direction transversal to that of corresponding boars constituting outer finishing panels.

EFFECT: increased dimensional stability.
