FIELD: information technology; measuring technique.
SUBSTANCE: system can be used in on-board systems for registration of information generated by systems and sets of controlled transportation vehicles, for example, flying vehicles. On-board data collecting and registering system has data collecting unit, board, protected storage, audio unit, digital converter, automatic control unit introduced into board, protected storage controller which has memory unit, comparison unit and non-coincidence counter, data reading unit which has memory cards and non-coincidence module, data port, first and second video units, and first and second switches. All the units are introduced into common electronic circuit.
EFFECT: improved truth of copied data; improved speed of inspection of serviceability; higher speed of data exchange on content of storage with on-ground ports; significantly widened functional capabilities.
