SUBSTANCE: device contains body with holding apertures, aperture for connecting conductors, elements for orientation of responding base and through planes, wherein by means of resilient screw-less fastening electro-conductive contact elements are mounted, appropriate for corresponding contacts of base and forming with them stable mechanical-electrical connection when turned, and also, fastening elements for conductors. On side surface of body, unlocking groove is made, positioned above lock element, locking surface of which is appropriate for corresponding contact surface of base orientation element. Positioning plane of electro-conductive contact element in hollow is positioned at an angle to horizontal plane of body, with elevated side of starting part of electro-conductive contact element.

EFFECT: increased electric safety, provision of fast operation and reliability, simplified construction and decreased mass-dimensional characteristics.
