SUBSTANCE: one should fulfill reposition of fragments at skeletal traction, apply a needle through internal ankle from the top, backwards and towards external side of a heel bone, apply a needle through external ankle from the top, backwards and towards internal side of a heel bone, bend needles at ankles, cut needles at the distance of about 0.5-1 cm and apply subcutaneously. The innovation enables to decrease the risk for fragments' shift and decrease traumatism during introducing the needles.
