FIELD: fire alarms, possible use in systems of automatic fire alarms as linear smoke fire alarm in premises of areas and volumes for detecting increase of optical density of air on basis of intensiveness of absorption of infrared light radiation.
SUBSTANCE: block of emitter generates infrared radiation signals in short duration packs of several impulses, while off-duty factor of these impulses exceeds 30000. Organization of impulse power of blocks of emitter and receiver makes it possible to decreased current consumption from fire alarm loop and to provide optical indication of next operation mode of these blocks of linear smoke fire alarm.
EFFECT: decreased current consumed by alarm from fire alarm loop in standby mode.
