FIELD: tube rolling process; cold rolling of super-thin-walled tubes made from difficultly-deformable materials.
SUBSTANCE: proposed working stand includes movable load-bearing bed frame with bearing beams and movable cassette with deforming rollers mounted in its body; deforming rollers are provided with two trunnions engageable with bearing beams of bed frame. Movable cassette is provided with double-arm levers according to number of deforming rollers; deforming rollers are provided with two additional trunnions on which bearings are mounted; bearings are arranged in arm of double-arm lever in parallel with rolling axis; each double-arm lever is mounted on axle in cassette body for rotation and longitudinal motion over it. Cassette body and second arm of each double-arm lever located in plane perpendicular to rolling axis are connected by means of spring-loaded rod ensuring close contact of trunnions with bearing beams of movable load-bearing bed frame.
EFFECT: improved surfaces of rolled tubes; increased speed due to avoidance of slippage of deforming rollers.
