FIELD: electronic engineering, possible use for positioning screened circuits.
SUBSTANCE: in proposed body base and side lids are made of resilient material with current-conductive cover, thus providing for improved contact of parts and increased current-conductive properties during contact. Crimp seals of base in cross-section have S-like shape, while their edges are made with bends to provide for surface electric contact with internal surface of side lids, forming unipolar electric connector, crimp seal of base, having S-like shape forms a socket of electric connector, filled with filler, made of elastic and/or springy current-conductive material to achieve resilient surface electric contact with fork portion of electric connector. On each side of base at least one electric connector socket, divided by grooves, is present, forming a socket section of electric connector. Such a shape of bend provides for increased geometrical dimensions of electric contact and with resilient deformation also provides for improved contact with fork portion. Side lids of body are made cup-shaped, crimp seal surfaces near bend are made convex along cylindrical generatrix. Crimp seal is a rod of electric connector and on each side at least one rod is present, divided by grooves, forming the fork section of electric connector. Such a shape provides rigidity while preserving resilient properties of the part being connected, and shape of rod allows full contact with socket section. In proposed body connection and mating of side lids with base is performed by two perpendicularly positioned rows along perimeter to crimp seals of base by holding elements, mated by threaded bushings due to connection of fork and socket sections of electric connector, connection of internal surface of side lids to external surface of base crimp seals, resulting in compression of resilient elements of electric connector and provision of surface electric contact along four planes and their holding, forming a collapsible contact connection, in its turn resulting in continuous screening and increased reliability of protection from contact interference.
EFFECT: increased surface of electric contact, quality of contact between lids and base and increased reliability of electric connection, improved screening properties of body.
