FIELD: manual equipment for preparing of freshly pressed juice, preferably citrus juice, in bars, restaurants, and also under home or retail delivery trade conditions.
SUBSTANCE: juicer has two plates made in the form of semicircle and arranged perpendicular to axis of rotation of said plates. One of plates is basic and is equipped with flange for collecting and subsequent flowing of juice while other plate is designed for pressing and is equipped with protrusions located at side facing basic plate and is adapted for turning to be inserted into basic plate in spaced relation thereto. In mid portion of pressing plate there is at least one protrusion with sharpened apex and axially symmetrical slot at plate and handle junction site. Pressing plate is made concave at side facing basic plate, and its protrusions are of different height for enabling contacting thereof with basic plate in operating state thereof.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in pressing of juice by means of juicer, simplified construction and convenient usage.
