FIELD: pulmonology.
SUBSTANCE: treatment of chronic bronchitis comprises performing complex therapy including antibacterial, broncholytic, and mucolytic substances, and system immunomodulators as well as physiotherapy and endobronchial sanation. Additionally, immediately after endobronchial sanation, preparation Superlymph is introduced over trachea bifurcation level in dose 40-50 μg in 2-3 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride solution. Treatment course includes 1-3 procedures separated by intervals of 1-3 days.
EFFECT: normalized physiological characteristics and reduced bronchoobstructive manifestations owing to Superlymph-potentiated complex therapy effect.
