SUBSTANCE: device comprises casing with connecting pipes for discharging product, housing with two ring slots, and hollow rod with cone. The movable hollow shaft is connected with the rod and is provided with blades that are fit on the shaft and are in a contact with the diaphragm. The blades divide the passage into four sectors. Two sectors are connected with the shaft space for supplying gas through the openings that are arranged at a 90°one to the other. The second end of the shaft projects out of the housing.
