FIELD: marine lifesaving appliances; construction of thermal protective wet suits.

SUBSTANCE: zippers are so sewed on suit that flap is divided into three sections. Each side section is wedge-shaped and is bounded by two sides of one zipper whose teeth are directed outside from wedge and are turned inside in locking the zipper, thus making it possible to place each side section under central part of flap. For proper direction of placing the side sections, each of them is provided with nip. Size of zipper exceeds upper size of central part of flap for forming the hold-down force on folds of side sections and exclude gaps between folds.

EFFECT: enhanced resistance of suit to water penetration.
