SUBSTANCE: jet well pump installation comprises housing with by-pass ports and insert with jet pump and seals. The insert is provided with the passages for supplying active fluid to the nozzle of the jet pump, for supplying the fluid to be pumped out to the jet pump, and for discharging the fluid. The passage for discharging fluid is in communication with the space of the housing above the jet pump. The instruments for measuring physical parameters of the fluid entering the jet pump are mounted on the insert under the jet pump. The housing receives the spring-loaded bearing bushing that is mounted for permitting axial movement. The seat of the bearing bushing receives insert with the jet pump. The housing has a bore under the by mass ports. The bore restricts the motions of the flange of the bearing bushing and is in communication with the by-pass ports. When the bearing bushing is in the bottom position, the passage for supplying the active fluid is in communication with the space around the housing through the by-pass ports and by-pass openings. When the bearing bushing is in the top position, the by-pass ports of the housing are overlapped by the wall of the bearing bushing.
