FIELD: chemical industry; production of paint-and-lacquer materials.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of production of paint-and-lacquer materials, in particular, to production of the enamels of the hot drying for painting the roll metal and also the building constructions, cars and different instruments. The polyester enamel contains: the film-forming material, the curing catalyst, the hardening agent, the organic dissolvent, the pigment. As the film-forming material the polyester enamel contains 40% solution of the saturated polyester resin in the form of the mixture of the dissolvent and the dibasic acid ester "Uralak SH973S1E5-40" with the molecular mass of 20 000, the hydroxyl number 5-10 mgKOH/gr, the acid number of 8-10 mgKOH/gr and the glazing temperature of 65°C and 75% solution of the saturated polyester resin in the dissolvent "Uralak SN865S2-75" with the molecular mass of 4 500, the hydroxyl number of 15-30 mgKOH/gr, the acid number of 3-7 mgKOH/gr and the glazing temperature - 17°C; as the hardening catalyst - 40 % solution of the para- toluylene sulfonic acid in isopropanol and 30 % solution of dinonylmononaftalensulfonic acid in xylene, as the hardening agent - methylated melamine - formaldehyde resin; as the organic dissolvent it contains the mixture of toluene and H - butyl alcohol; as the pigments it contains the titanium dioxide stabilized by aluminum and zirconium oxides, zinc phosphate and aluminum oxide; besides in addition it contains the flatting agents - amorphous silica gel with the size of the particles (5.3-6.3 nm) and contents of SiO2 (in the dry substance) - 99 %, silicon dioxide - aerosil and the organic modification of monomorillonite on the basis of magnesia stratified silicate "Bentone-38" and the spreading agent - 75 % solution of the acrylic polymeric compound in the mixture of the solvent and H-butyl alcohol in the ratio of 4:1 to "Urad DD27" at the definite ratio of the components. The drying time at the peak temperature of the metal up to 249°C of the offered polyester enamel compounds 65-72 s, and the durability of the film to action of methyl ethyl ketone - 140-160.

EFFECT: the invention ensures production the hot drying enamels for painting the roll metal, building constructions, cars and different instruments.
