FIELD: heat-exchange or heat-transfer apparatus.
SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger comprises front and back members, a number of spaced rows of flattened tubes that pass from the front to the back member and define the pipe branches, ribs that abuts against the adjacent branches of the pipes in each row and pass from the front member to the back member so that each rib is common for each of the rows and has means for interrupting the heat flux in each rib. Each means for interrupting the heat flux is made of the slot that passes through the rib. The cooling system comprises cooling agent, compressor for compressing the cooling agent, evaporator connected with the inlet of the compressor, and gas cooler for receiving the compressed cooling agent from the compressor, cooling it and discharging the cooled cooling agent to the evaporator.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
