SUBSTANCE: in method and device, algorithm for calculation and generation of delays of components of message being transferred is improved. Invention describes variants of construction of single-channel and multi-channel communication systems, making it possible to realize broadband and multi-band methods for transferring messages of any physical origin using new algorithm for calculation and generation of phase-frequency or time-frequency characteristic of optimally pre-distorting filter.
