FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has feeding conveyor, screw positioned above working run of conveyor, and pair of drive rolls located behind screw. Rolls rotate in opposite directions. One of rolls is made spring-loaded. Surface of drive rolls is equipped with annular slots. Rolls are positioned for adjustable rotation around their axes. Annular slots have radius of variable perimeter.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in carrying out of separation process.
