FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical casing made from wood like cedar. The casing has upper and lower base and door. A seat is available in casing cavity. Steam and air mixture distributor is designed as torus placed in lower casing part and connected to steam conduit bearing a device for using herbal species having steam generator provided with heating elements. The steam and air mixture distributor is mounted outside along casing perimeter. It is shaped as torus divided into two halves in horizontal plane so that steam and air mixture flow can be directed by means of guide members to the right in one half and to the left in the other one. The steam and air mixture distributor is connected to casing cavity by means of tangentially arranged ducts. Ducts for supplying water are available in the upper casing part.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of prophylactic treatment.
