FIELD: railway transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning of railway vehicles, mainly, to hydraulic cleaning of large-size objects (units and parts of electric trains, electric and diesel locomotive without removal of traction sets), and it is designed for use in repair depots of railways. Proposed complex contains washing chamber with washing devices to wash surfaces at least from side and from bottom, made in form of manifolds with nozzles arranged in washing chamber, transporting device with drive, containers for washing solution and for collecting contaminated solution formed in process of washing interconnected by pipelines with fitted on shutoff devices and pumps for transfer of contaminated and cleaned washing solution, inspection pit with equipment and remote control devices. Transporting device is made in form of chain conveyor whose chains are mounted in channels of inspection pit and trolleys, conveyor is furnished with reverse drive. Complex has special arrangements to protect traction motor from moisture in process of washing made in form of power cylinders with stoppers and installed in chamber for longitudinal and cross displacement. Manifolds of each of side washing devices are installed on u-shaped base made for rotation relative to its axis of symmetry with possibility of rotation relative to horizontal axis. Manifold of lower washing device is installed for rotation relative to its horizontal axis. Manifolds of washing devices and U-shaped base are provided with power cylinders and are hinge-connected with said cylinders.

EFFECT: provision of effective cleaning, enlarged operating capabilities.
