FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises pressure-tight housing provided with the outlet port, inlet pipeline, and two shutoff members. The housing is partially filled with fluid and receives the blade wheel mounted for permitting rotation. The blade wheel is made of rotor with radial curved passages whose inlet ports are made from the side of the axis of the wheel. The outlet ports are made over periphery of the rotor mounted with a spaced relation to the shutoff members made in the body of the housing. The device is provided with the distributor mounted in the housing from the side of the central part of the blade wheel for permitting periodic overlapping of the inlet and outlet ports of the rotor passages when rotating. The shutoff members and distributor divide the housing into the top and bottom spaces. The bottom space is made of a scroll, and the wide section of the space is in communication with the inlet ports of the rotor passages through the pipeline and distributor. The outlet port is made in the top section of the top space, and inlet pipeline is connected with the inlet ports of the rotor in the bottom space of the housing through the distributor.
