FIELD: drilling and blasting operations in hard rocks, applicable in various branches using blasting operations in rocks masses, in hindered conditions inclusive.
SUBSTANCE: the self-propelled mount for blast localization has a vehicle in the form of a carriage with a thrust platform carrying a dust collector and an adsorber, vertical lattice frame with enclosing components, linked with the thrust platform by a counterrecoil mechanism for motion and inclination, horizontal lattice frame with enclosing components in the form of freely suspended chain mats linked with the beam of the thrust platform by ropes and provided with an elastic housing with a sealing apron around the edges forming a closed space over it. The mount is provided with an assembly platform for assembly of the components of the lattice horizontal frame, the boom is made telescopic for extraction of the movable section in the horizontal direction, the section is provided with a support, and the enclosing components of the lattice vertical frame are made of worn-out automobile tires.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of operation of the device due to a simplified construction of it.
