SUBSTANCE: device consists of analog subtracters (1.1, 1.2), analog multiplier (2.1, 2.2, 2.3). Analog values (one or zero), or discrete values (with level of logical one or zero) are passed simultaneously to the first (A'), second (B'), third (C'), and fourth (D') informational inputs. Additional informational input of device "1" is intended for signal "1", from which value of signal on the third informational input (C) is subtracted.

EFFECT: increased valuation accuracy.
