FIELD: equipment for exercising of sportsmen in Oriental and sportive arts.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has sportsman limbs accommodation means comprising columns connected with one another through cross-pieces, collectors and rods for defining various paths for motions to be effectuated, said paths being positioned at different angles to columns, having different lengths and made from different materials. Drive means for creating forced vibration actions comprises kinematic pairs pivotally connected with one another, one of said pairs being coupled to drive shaft. Columns are hung on supports by means of pivot joints and carry pin for pivotal connection with other of kinematic pairs for providing rocking motions relative to pivot joints of supports. One of kinematic pairs is made in the form of crank and other of said pairs is formed as connecting rod. Crank has adjustable length allowing amplitude of vibrations to be changed. Motor-reducer is used as drive means.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and wider range of exercises to be done by sportsmen.
