FIELD: oil extractive industry, in particular, construction and maintenance of wells.

SUBSTANCE: device includes telescopically mounted internal and external bodies, a saddle with a valve. In lower section of external body windows are made. In accordance to invention, internal body is made hollow, equipped with pins and valve mounted on external surface in form of stopper above the saddle. Saddle is held on internal surface of external body and is provided with shear fingers and spring valve. Valve and saddle are made with possible interaction in working position and with possible fastening relatively to each other by means of spring ring. External body, on external surface of which axial grooves are made to accommodate saddle fingers, is additionally equipped with packer in form of elastic sleeve positioned above windows and held from below relatively to external body and reinforced with a shell from inside. External body is also equipped with technological bushing, connected to saddle fingers and made with possible fastening relatively to external body and interaction with shell from below. External body from above is connected to sub, on external surface of which grooves are made from below. In starting position internal body is connected to sub. Pins of internal body are joined with grooves of sub. Length of shell is selected to be less than two lengths of elastic sleeve.

EFFECT: simplified construction of device and increased reliability of its operation.
