FIELD: deep mining technologies, possible use for operative detection and research of reservoirs, for prophylactics of complications and correction of drilling modes.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to method, during deepening of well with extension of column, containing logging device, cable is lowered into well on additional controllable contactor, mounted between its upper and lower sections. Controllable contactor is made in composite form as mouth contact sleeve with groove and body with lock in form of spring-loaded ball, contact and extendible supports, controlled by engine. After connection of bottom contact sleeve to contact of device, upper section is detached from controllable contactor with possible holding on the body of lower section, held on the column by means of extendible supports. Then washing in open valve is enabled and well deepening is continued with selection of measurement interval on basis of not mouth, but bottom parameters with usage of wireless, for example, hydraulic channel, working in waiting mode and during deepening transmitting only significant changes of bottom conditions. Signals from probes and sensors are received in measuring block of device, for digitization, recording and analysis, normalization and comparison to thresholds. Background values of parameters are not transmitted to hydraulic channel. If threshold is exceeded by any parameter, measuring block controls the valve, forms a short packet of pressure impulses at given frequency and switches to waiting mode. To each normalized parameter, its own certain impulse packet emission frequency is assigned, which is measured with alignment to depth and is identified at mouth. On basis of these data, measuring interval on the cable is selected in justified manner and is operatively connected to controllable contactor by moving the portion downwardly under effect of its own weight until mounting of mouth contacting sleeve onto body with closure of ball lock. Well deepening is continued in cable measurement mode, when signals from probes and sensors after digitization in measuring block are transferred through output in form of digital code to surface with registration in form of standard logging curves of bottom parameters. Measurements on the cable are continued until next column extension. Then cable is disengaged from controllable contactor and column is extended with following renewal of cable measurements mode or hydraulic control in analogical sequence. When operation at interval being controlled are finished, negative power voltage is fed onto engine, extendible supports are closed and full raising of cable on to mouth is performed with disengagement on bottom controllable contactor.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of method in deep wells due to decreased costs of lower-raising of cable with due to justified selection of measurement interval.
