FIELD: food-processing industry.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has central and side parts which are separated from one another by means of partition. Outer surface of apparatus is made from adiabatic materials. Apparatus consists of container with inner central member equipped with channel, cover manufactured from adiabatic material and provided with sealing device defining central opening, and activating device having lever fixed at upper side of activating pin, whose end is passing through sealing and activating plate located on helical groove formed at the outside. Apparatus is equipped with combination of discharge devices including discharge channel defining opening in certain part of container bottom, pipe provided with handle and connected to discharge channel, and discharge aperture at end. Apparatus of such construction allows soft ice-cream to be stored, transferred and sold in open air, for instance in parks and stadiums without substantial consumption of power.

EFFECT: simplified construction which does not need high technologies, minimized manufacture costs, reduced consumption of power and increased sales.
