SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to apply pneumoperitoneum due to gradual introduction of air. During the first introduction of air into abdominal cavity its quantity shouldn't exceed 200.0-300.0 ml. As for repeated introduction, it should be fulfilled in 1-2 d till achieving the volume of air ranged about 800.0-1000.0 ml. The innovation enables to shorten the terms for healing pleuropulmonary fistula and achieve the resolution of air in pleural cavity without any surgical interference due to specially matched mode of air introduction into abdominal cavity.
