FIELD: plastic working of metals.
SUBSTANCE: line includes drive system and mounted in housing according to manufacturing process: uncoiling apparatus, straightening unit, mechanism for feeding band to cutting zone, shears and apparatus for bending band provided with bending mechanism. In order to bend S-shaped cramps, band-bending apparatus is provided with mechanism for removing ready part from working zone having knocking out member and stripper of ready part. Drive system includes mounted in housing electric motor joined with reduction gear; crank gear wheel mounted in outlet shaft of reduction gear; slide mounted in guide and joined by means of connecting rod with crank gear wheel. Slide is joined with band feeding mechanism and with bending mechanism through levers secured its body. In circumference of crank gear wheel there is radial recess and on lateral surface of crank gear wheel radial cam is formed. Shears are joined with drive system through lever having two links jointly connected one to other. In axle of said lever roller is mounted with possibility of engaging with radial cam. Knocking out member is joined with drive through multi-link lever and roller secured to said lever and providing possibility for spring-loaded interaction of multi-link lever with circumference surface of crank gear wheel and its radial recess. Free end of multi-link lever is jointly mounted in bracket. Ready part stripper is in the form of electromagnet secured to body of slide. Bending mechanism includes bending rollers; disc-half with toothed rim mounted with possibility of rotation in axle and having carrier jointly coupled with lever secured to slide; two drive rollers having brackets and toothed rims for engaging with that of disc-half; round templates mounted in upper portion of rotation axles of rotating rollers. Each bending roller is mounted in bracket of drive roller at technological gap relative to round template.
EFFECT: possibility for making parts in the form of S-shaped cramps at providing operation of all mechanisms from the same electric drive system.
