FIELD: aeronautical engineering; floor coats; conversion of cargo cabins into passenger ones; sea and land transport facilities.

SUBSTANCE: proposed floor coat has carpet, stiffening members keeping carper from deformation, fasteners for securing easily removable carpet and photo-luminescent tapes-indicators of emergency escape. Carpet is made in form of strips connected by means of stiffening members made in form of longitudinal plates at longitudinal clearances between strips where emergency escape photo-luminescent tapes are located and secured on stiffening members. Floor carpet coat may be rolled for stowage.
