FIELD: micro-system engineering, namely, engineering of inverters for passive logical micro-systems.
SUBSTANCE: inverter contains, positioned on common substrate: loading element connected to source of working voltage, key element connected to power source, electrode for measuring input signal. Key element is made electromechanical and is formed by two consoles of conductive material, held on the substrate on opposite sides. Loose ends of consoles are positioned above the electrode for measuring output signal. Substrate is made of non-conductive material. Loading element has isolating layer on the side of consoles. Consoles are held on the substrate by means of non-conductive inserts.
EFFECT: expanded temperature and radiation working spectrums.
