FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves forming subserous pocket. An electrode is introduced and fixed. The animal is immobilized after having subjected to fastening the whole day long. The stomach is brought out into the wound through incision in abdominal wall under anesthesia and wrapped with sterile napkins wetted with warm physiologic saline. Serous membrane is separated from longitudinal muscle layer on 5 mm long segment through 5 mm long longitudinal incision in the serous membrane. Closed mouse-tooth forceps branches are introduced into subserous pocket. The branches are drawn apart and electrode base plate with electrodes are introduced into the arisen space and fixed with three separate seromusculoserous sutures coming through holes in the base plate. Flexible copper wire with fluoroplastic coating is brought by applying trocar from electrodes through abdominal wall towards back region and soldered standard socket fixed in advanced by means of silver clamps in lumbar zone of the vertebral column. Biopotentials are recorded under free animal behavior conditions 7-10 days later after the operation.
EFFECT: high reliability of electrode to muscle contact.
