FIELD: building industry and materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a bicomponent sealing mastic that comprises the following components, mas. p. p.: first component (A) comprising synthetic rubber, 100; Portland cement or slag-Portland cement, or chalk, or kaolin, or technical carbon, 22.5-60.0; asbestos or aerosil, 10.0-20.0; manganese (IV) oxide, 2.0-4.0; technological additive, if necessary, representing aminoparaffin chlorohydrate or oxyethylated alkylphenols OP-7, OP-10, 0.0-3.0; organic solvent, 100.0-270.0, and second component (B) comprising Portland cement or slag-Portland cement, 2.4-2.6, and para-quinine dioxime, 2.0-4.0. Mastic shows enhanced working capacity, high exploitation properties: elasticity, adhesion strength, heat stability and broad range of working temperatures. Proposed mastic is designated for carrying out external works for sealing joints of concrete, ferroconcrete and metallic assembly building constructions, reconstructing sealing concrete and ferroconcrete buildings in industrial and municipal-housing building.
EFFECT: valuable technical properties of mastic.
