SUBSTANCE: device comprises the movable base connected to the flexible member. The output of the flexible member is connected with the pickup of flexible member deviations, and the input is connected to the controller of rigidity of the flexible member. The output of the deviation pickup is connected with the input of the differentiating unit and the first input of the unit for generating a signal on switching. The output of the movable base is connected with the input of the accelerometer whose output is connected with the second input of the unit for generating a signal on switching whose first output is connected with the first input of the control unit. The output of the differentiating unit is connected with the second input of the control unit whose output is connected with the input of the controller of rigidity of the flexible member. The device is provided with first, second, and third DC power sources whose outputs are connected with the third, fourth, and fifth inputs of the unit for generating a signal on switching whose sixth input is connected with the output of the differentiating unit, and the second output is connected with the third input of the control unit. The forth input of the control unit is connected with the output of the pickup of the deviations of the flexible member.
EFFECT: enhanced speed of response.
