FIELD: construction materials industry; methods of production of the powdery complex additive for concretes and building mortars.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of production of the powdery complex additive for concretes and building mortars and to the composition of the powdery complex additive for concretes and building mortars, the dry concrete and the mortar mixtures and may be used in the construction materials industry. The technical result of the invention is simplification of the method of production of the powdery complex additive and reduction of the additive price at saving its properties. The method of production of the powdery complex additive provides for intermixing of the water solutions of the industrial lignosulfonates and the modifier with the subsequent drying of the gained solution in the suspension state. As the modifier they use the water solution of the plasticizer, and the indicated intermixing is carried out in the ratio from 1:1 up to 1:3 for the dry substance till production of the 2.5 % water solutions with рН = 7-11. The drying is exercised in the torrent of the flue-gas in the dryer with the boiling layer with the filler - the fluoroplastic chips at the temperature of the flue-gas at the inlet - 160-230°С and in the boiling layer - 120-160°С, and at the outlet - 120-140°С with the subsequent settling at the continuous unloading of the produced additive. The powdery complex additive gained from the water solution of the industrial lignosulfonates and the modifier with the subsequent drying of the gained solution in the suspension state is gained by the above-indicated method. At that before the drying the gained solution may be heated up to the temperature of 50-90°С.

EFFECT: the invention ensures simplification of the method of production of the powdery complex additive and reduction of the additive price at saving its properties.
