SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out radical duodenoplasty operation. Ulcer crater omentoplasty is carried out. Microcholecystostomia is carried out. Santorini duct fistula is identified in ulcer crater. Draining tube is introduced into the fistula. The draining tube is attached to duct wall. Draining tube case is mounted on the draining tube. The draining tube case is mounted on ulcer crater fundus. Endoscopic papillotomy is carried out at the second stage after having healed intestinal wound. The draining tube is removed from Santorini duct, draining tube case and draining tube are removed from the gallbladder in turn.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
