FIELD: electric engineering, possible use for producing mica-paper impulse capacitors.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to invention during manufacture of mica-paper capacitors, two layers of metallic foil are wound with at least one layer of mica-paper between them, dried, saturated with thermo-reactive compound in vacuum, pressed and thermo-processed, and prior to saturating with thermo-reactive compound preliminary pressing of capacitors is performed to thickness by 25-35% exceeding given thickness, depending on viscosity of selected compound, and then after saturation with compound, final pressing is performed in vacuum to given size without extraction from saturation compound.
EFFECT: increased reliability of mica-paper capacitors.
