SUBSTANCE: claimed composition is obtained by addition of the next components (mass %): paint oil 25; tetraethoxysilane 25; polyoxyalkylene/organosiloxane block copolymer 50 in amount of 0.2-3 % into 2 % surfactant aqueous dispersion.
EFFECT: improved composition for seed pretreatment.
