FIELD: extraction equipment used in sectional glass forming machines for molding of glass articles such as bottles.
SUBSTANCE: extraction mechanism for gripping of bottle molded in blowing zone of sectional glass forming machine has cooling pipe movable between upper and lower positions. Pipe motions are controlled so that these motions may be coordinated with desired extent of withdrawal of heat from advancement path.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in removal of molded bottles.
