FIELD: refining of non-ferrous metals, in particular, non-ferrous metal refining technique.
SUBSTANCE: vacuumizer for distillation refining of tin-base alloys has cylindrical vacuum chamber and graphite heater arranged along longitudinal axis of vacuum chamber. Graphite heater is mounted on upper cover of vacuum chamber. Vacuum chamber is circumferentially surrounded within its inside with cylindrical multilayer perforated screen. Column of annular evaporative plates is located within vacuum chamber. Metal feeding pipe is led up to upper evaporative plate and is connected to barometric pipe dipped into basic melt within boiler. Vacuum chamber is provided at its bottom side with barometric pipes dipped into boiler for discharge of condensate, pure tin boiler and basic alloy boiler, wherein said boilers are equipped with weight controlling tensometers connected through controller to regulator which controls consumption of electric power by heater and to regulator which controls filling of basic alloy boiler.
EFFECT: increased yield of end products, reduced return of non-standard products, particularly in case basic alloy composition in changed.
