SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for braking of vehicles. Proposed device for throttling intake of vehicle internal combustion engine has intake pipe and spool arranged in intake pipe before cylinder, spool turning drive and bypass valve. Device includes also automatic control unit. Spool installed in intake pipe housing is coupled with pneumatic cylinder control link by means of rod. Bypass valve is coupled with pneumatic cylinder by means of pipeline. Automatic control unit is made to transmit electric pulse to bypass valve.
EFFECT: increased reliability of device.
