SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes unbalance test procedure, initial unbalance evaluation procedure, count procedure, quality level evaluation procedure, angular deviation measurement procedure, angular deviation range evaluation procedure, and procedure of compensating for position correction and degree of unbalance to automatically compensate for position correction and for rotor unbalance basing on pre-corrected unbalance thereby attaining optimal correction of unbalance irrespective of probable error in unbalance correction and degree of unbalance. Proposed method also includes procedure of re-setting degree of correction, procedure of displaying current condition, procedure of balancing machine automatic stopping, main data storage procedure, and automatic main data recovery procedure.
EFFECT: reduced percentage of low-quality parts, enhanced productivity.
