SUBSTANCE: apparatus has set of playing members, flat square playing panels positioned in horizontal plane one above another in axially aligned relation and equipped with playing cells, and a number of playing platforms, each made in the form of disk and provided with playing cells and each fixed on playing panel by means of fixing unit for rotation in its plane around its own axis. Apparatus is additionally equipped with at least one playing rod designed for urging axially aligned platforms to rotate and provided with rotating washers. A number of washers preferably corresponds to a number of playing panels. Fixing unit for each playing platform has through opening extending along its longitudinal axis, said opening being configured and sized so as to conform to rotary washer. Each of rotary washers is adapted for longitudinal displacement over playing rod and fixing thereon.
