FIELD: aggregates for automatic welding by means of two welding torches.

SUBSTANCE: aggregate includes carrying structure with reciprocation motion drive; supporting and fixing rollers; welding apparatuses with welding torches; mechanism for pressing and orienting welding torches along butts of welded members; mechanism for correcting position of welding torches relative to butt; assembling bed with guides; brackets for mounting welding apparatuses with torches; horizontal axles for rotating brackets around them in direction to welded seam; mounted in brackets horizontal pivots for rotating around them welding torches in direction normal relative to welded seam; power cylinders. Said carrying structure is in the form of self-walking portal moving on guides of assembling bed. Mechanism for pressing and orienting welding torches according to butts of welded members is mounted in portal. Said mechanism includes horizontal guides, carriages, cars and vertical guides for cars. Mechanism for correcting position of welding torches relative to welded seam is secured to torches and it is in the form of roller-followers with fixing members and mutually normal screw gages with lugs. Cars and vertical guides for them are rigidly secured to carriages mounted in horizontal guides arranged by pairs on portal in mutually parallel vertical planes. Each car is jointly connected with bracket for mounting welding apparatus with torch. Mutually normal screw gages with lugs are jointly coupled with roller-followers. Each car (each carriage) is jointly coupled with respective power cylinder.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and quality of welding, enlarged manufacturing possibilities.
