SUBSTANCE: it is used in food, chemical and other branches of industry. The roasting pan whose bottom is fulfilled in the shape of hermetic cavity is filled for 0,4-0,8 of its volume with light boiling liquid in which an electric heater is submerged. At that the part of the cavity of the bottom in the roasting pan is fulfilled out of material having turning memory of the form.

EFFECT: increases self-regulation of thermal flows to the drying product.
