FIELD: forest industry, in particular, bunch gathering and transporting machines.
SUBSTANCE: logging machine has self-propelled chassis on which chassis process equipment is mounted, said equipment comprising winch with load cable, boom, grip mounted at free end of boom and equipped with drive and deflecting block for load cable, and device for holding of bunch on self-propelled chassis during transportation thereof. Boom is mounted on self-propelled chassis for rotation around vertical axis by means of rotation mechanism. Winch is positioned so as to be moved from self-propelled chassis and positioned on ground during yarding by means of, for example, rotation levers. Said levers are pivotally fixed with their one ends on self-propelled chassis and are pivotally connected with their other ends to winch drum shaft. Levers are rotated by means of power hydraulic cylinders. Longitudinal axis of winch is extending in parallel with longitudinal axis of self-propelled chassis.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of machine and reduced loading of self-propelled chassis during logging process.
