SUBSTANCE: invention describes an insecticide agent comprising active substance chosen from the neonicotinyl group and taken in the amount 1-50 weight%, saturated alcohols ethoxylate of the formula: CH₃-(CH₂)_m-CH₂-(-O-CH₂-)_n-OH (I) wherein m means values from 8.0 to 13.0; n means values from 6.0 to 17.0 and taken in the amount 0.1-30 weight%, dimethylsulfoxide, N-methylpyrrolidone and/or butyrolactone taken in the amount 1-80 weight%, special additives taken in the amount up to 20 weight%, and wherein the mass ratio of active substance from the neonicotinyl group and saturated alcohols ethoxylate of the formula = (1:0.1)-(1:2.0). Saturated alcohols ethoxylate is a promoter of insecticide substances from the neonicotinyl group.
