SUBSTANCE: ball-point pen comprises rod with writing unit at its one end and paste inside the rod , sleeves with face openings for projecting the tip with ball out of the housing and connecting the rod end with the atmosphere. The outer surface of one of the sleeves is convex, and the outer surface of the other sleeve is concave.
EFFECT: improved design.
