FIELD: production of aluminum by electrolysis, namely structures of anode apparatus having unit for moving fired anodes.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus for moving anode buses of anode apparatus of aluminum cell includes beam-collector 1 on one end of which two jacks 2 are rigidly mounted in horizontal direction. Said jacks are provided with common drive 3. Two-arm levers 4 are mounted at lengthwise sides of beam-collector 1. Anode bus bar includes two circuits formed by means of buses 5 rigidly joined with cross beams 6. Anode buses being lengthwise side of said circuits are provided with paired units for limiting motion of anode buses. Each unit includes guides 7 and slides 8. Leverage mechanism of apparatus for moving anode buses includes horizontal tie rods 10 having turnbuckles 11 for regulating their length, two-arm levers 4, vertical tie rods 12 jointly secured to anode buses and to two-arm levers and having turnbuckles 13 for regulating their length. Horizontal tie rods 10 mounted at one side of cell are rigidly joined one to other. Said tie rods are also joined with jack 2 through compensation tie rod 15.
EFFECT: possibility of simultaneous operation of all units of apparatus for moving anode structure providing smooth and accurate control of anode position in cell, improved technical and economical factors of electrolyte.
