SUBSTANCE: the lock has a lock body with holes and an inner cavity with walls, secrecy mechanism and a cross-bar, the cross-bar is installed for sanctioned motion and engagement with the secrecy mechanism. At is provided with U-shaped built-in members with through holes, heat-sound insulating and bulletproof plates. The lock body is formed in the form of a framework with extreme and middle section fastened to one another with formation of through cavities.
