FIELD: firearm for a shot by projectiles of different caliber.

SUBSTANCE: the barrel assembly inserted in the weapon mother barrel has a great number of projectiles positioned in alignment in space at least of one barrel of the mentioned barrel assembly and coupled to the separate chosen ignited for ejection projectiles by the propellant charges out of the mentioned at least one barrel, the barrel assembly has a means for coupling to the mother barrel. The barrel assembly may be provided with a replaceable rear section of the barrel having coupling means for operative aligning of the barrel rear section with the front barrel elongation. The auxiliary rear barrel sections may be fastened on the weapon stock and be automatically fed to the position of the coaxial alignment with the barrel after ejection of all projectiles from the barrel.

EFFECT: provided transformation of the firearm barrel of large caliber to a barrel of small caliber.
